Bole OÜ wins German Business Award in Estonia 2013
Bole OÜ that manufactures wooden furniture and floor boards, has been awarded the German Business Award in Estonia 2013 with which the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce wants to acknowledge and promote young and innovative companies in Estonia.
20 companies applied for the award which includes a 5,000 euro cash prize. In addition, the winner - as well as the other five finalists - receives free membership in the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (AHK) for one year.
Six companies shortlisted for the award also included Baltresto, manufacturer of wooden bath and saunas tubs, BoatArt that develops and build small boats, Gemhill AS that produces woman's lingerie, Rexest Grupp that recycles plastic packaging and produces building components as well as Yep OÜ, IT-consultancy and software developer,
Bole was founded 3 years ago and is currently employing 38 people in its facilities in Paldiski.
This was already the third time the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (AHK) granted this award recognizing an outstanding Estonian company. The award was jointly presented by Juhan Parts, Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Estonia and Thomas Schöllkopf, President of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. Patron of the award is Christian Matthias Schlaga, German ambassador to Estonia.
