| Technologies | Local raw materials, qualified labour force, experience, efficient high-tech CNC based manufacturing technology, completeness and quality of supply have made our timber houses competitive not only in Estonia, but also at the demanding markets of Japan, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway etc. Our design process applies the three-dimensional (3D) CAD design technology, which enables us to quickly and efficiently prepare a high-quality design our partner’s desire. The design process is based on modern construction requirements, production and construction-technological resources, as well as the specifics of log houses. We also provide structural calculations, if necessary. Our overall production capacity is 12-15 trailers or sea containers of products per month. The plant is located on an area of 3,5 hectares; a total of over 3,000 m² of the area is used for production. |

Massive log wall width sizes varie from 50 mm to 142 mm and laminated from 88 mm to 202 mm. Various customized homes and cabins available in Norwegian and Swedish styles. ThermoLog® ecohouses in pre-fabricated Panels. ThermoLog® means unique ecological timber construction which combines an interlocking and pre-cut timber building structure with carefully chosen sustainable, breathable and certified building materials. Closed-shell building time of 150 m2 house by 2 men at the site is about 3 days! It is our belief that anyone who cares about healthy lifestyle will find something to their liking in our expanded product line-up. |
